Chorizo

From Southern Texas this recipe was handed down to us in the early 1970's, this sausage is full of flavor and a lot of spice. It will make sure to wake up your tastebuds.
Ingredients:
Pork, water, spices, salt, corn syrup solids, vinegar, garlic and sodium nitrite
Notes:
2lb package contains 10 sausages
Keep Refrigerated

Chorizo’s
My family has been buying these since the mid-70’s when one of my sisters lived in Sheridan and her mother in law worked for you all. They still burn your eyes and throat when you cook them inside the house!! In other words, they’re still amazing nearly 50 years later!!
