You don't need to add cheese to your brat, it is inside. Our mild brat with a hint of cheddar cheese flavor.

Pork, cheese (cheddar cheese [pasteurized cultured milk, salt enzymes]), seasoning (corn syrup solids, salt, mustard, monosodium glutamate and spices), water

I helped my sis with her garage sale and this was my payment….a pkg of Jalenpeno Cheddar Brats and a pkg of the Habenero Pepper Jack Brats! BEST form of payment EVER!! ;) These are truly the BEST Brats I’ve ever eaten (and truthfully I don’t even like Brats) I also received a jar of the Sauerkraut and it was so good my sis and I spent all Labor Day Weekend eating Brats and making sauerkraut! I live in TX and the ordering process was a breeze! And after reading the article on the Legerski website I now know why the Brats are so good (they use pork shoulder only) and you can tell! No biting into the brat and getting a piece of gristle and the texture is just right and the flavor is perfect!! I highly recommend Legerski Sausage and can’t wait to put another order in and try some more of their products! (So stay turned and I’ll be sure to leave my comments on them as well!)
